It’s my first post. We all have to start somewhere!
Thanks for taking your time to visit my blog. This is my home base – although I’m working on other platforms like YouTube and Instagram, so stay tuned. My goal is to inform and entertain. If I get a few bookings, that’s great, but being a travel advisor is my side gig. If I make enough to take a couple of extra trips a year, I’m happy.
This isn’t my first blog. Before the pandemic, I maintained Erika for President. You’d think being trapped in my house would have made me more prolific, but alas. I’ll likely resurrect it now that I’m blogging again, though.
I use WordPress, and I have to say, I’m not a huge fan of how the editor has changed since I last used it. Am I the only one who wants to be able to control all of the formatting? It might take me a little while to get the hang of it again. Or maybe I’ll find a new editor – who knows?
I’m thinking about some categories people might be interested in – like Travel with Kids and Solo Travel. I’ve been on three cruises so far this year, so certainly that’ll will be a topic. If there are any additional suggestions, I’m all ears!
